This reminded me of how cool it used to be to play single player console games TOGETHER

Or rather, watching someone play the game and making comments together.

I know, it's over the top... new way of looking at badniks I guess. I didn't really take it seriously.

Watching THE game is awesome though. I was looking for the difference between JAP and EU/US versions of labyrinth zone and found this lot.

Did you watch the bonus vid? Some things in there I had forgotten and some cool early artwork etc.

I hadn't watched the bonus video yet, but I have now. It didn't tell me much that I didn't already know, but the artwork was interesting. Especially that pre-hedgehog rabbit design. I always thought Sonic had a bit of a classic cartoony feel to him, like Oswald the lucky rabbit or Fritz the cat, and from the looks of that rabbit that's exactly where Sonic's designer got his inspiration from. Too bad that style has completely vanished from Sonic's current look.
