Yes, lets all calm down - after all, we don't want an "old" Hypto style situation again.

Or should we call it a "BOR REV" situation, Ash ?

will there be audio filters?

I don't think so, Roel hates filters.

Whilst I do dislike gratuitous use of video filters (on account of them blurring the painstakingly created art and killing the authentic looks), I never said anything about audio filters.

That's why I said "I don't think so" instead of no.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on that one, as I'm unsure what that is. I'll comment when I've done some research (also known as looking on the BORREV forums).

One question I am dying to know is...
Will Age of the Beast have an inventory system?
it's been mentioned before that some items have permanent effects, but are they equipped? can they be broken or lost? must some permanent effect items occupy a slot and prevent others from doing so? or does getting the item simply affect a variable on the character. More importantly, will it be possible for a character to carry multiple weapons and switch between them?

Another question I would like an answer to has been hinted at but never as far as I was aware has it been explained. Age of the Beast is said to feature a magic system similar to a combination of Guardian Hero's and Golden Axe. How exactly will this magic system work?

Sorry for the double post but I forgot something in the above post. Are the permanent effects caused by items lost when the player loses a life? loses a credit? or not at all.

Wait and see.

Permanent effects are permanent.

-edit-
Within the scope of one credit/continue.

Don't get smart with Fugue, Final FIghter/Liger 0. You should be glad you weren't banned for being the 1 millionth person asking questions about progress and/or release dates. This is really getting old, and you should have known it.

That's one of the things I hate about Roel - practically everything that he can do is so much better than how I do it. No offence to you, Roel, but I'm kinda jealous.

Jeez Roel, calm down before you have a heart attack. And if you dont want me to have no personality, just say so.

Sorry about the heart attack, but I'm sure you can imagine how it can get under your skin to find yet another phrasing of the same impatient question when you're working very hard on something. Anyway, the good news is I'm calm again, and I should have some nice AotB artwork to show off soon.

Shrugs this has probably been answered so I might get me one of those fun bans.
When playing ports of BOR will they run in a interlaced mode or a progresive mode? Will they have a choice?
