I need a little help if i'm a loud!!!!

i'm really confused.I've seen tutorials on how to do this but i need extra help.I wanted to know how to change BOR(Beats Of Rage) mods pak.file to DC(Dreamcast)cdi.file.
Please help me with this. ''Got It Memorized ?''

Add 1st_read.bin (the Dreamcast executable) and create a cdi with Bootdreams.
