Im not sure if you all are aware of it but there is an SD card adapter in the development for the Dreamcast. Its also surprisingly easy to make as it only require 2 capacitors, wires, and any sd card reader. I personally build an internal one. Homebrew developers have also started to take advantage of this new development. Dreamshell OS uses it and some other emulators too. Id suggest everyone to try to get hold of one or make one.

It would be awesome if the Senile Team took advantage of this and had extra downloadable features for the SD card. Its just a dream!

anyways heres an article on it http://the-dreamcast-junkyard.blogspot.com/2009/03/dreamcast-sd-card-adaptor.html

Who here has one?

I've read about it, and I think it's pretty neat. I'd like to have one, but I wouldn't trust myself with a soldering iron (besides, I don't want to make holes in my DC) and the people from that Spanish site don't seem to be making much haste to start producing and shipping their ready-made ones. Then again, my Spanish isn't so great so maybe I missed something.

As soon as (/if) there's software to backup games to and play from SDCard, I'll be all over this.

I dont think you will able to load previously made games as ISO off the SD card slot like the PSP for 2 reasons. 1 it is slower than the GD-ROM drive and 2 the games were not programmed to be loaded that way.
