Im happy with this as long as you dont remove the "level 1" times. Have a look at my "first track time trial competition" topic.

I don't think you read derb's post carefully enough. Only entries of the same player with the same car on the same level would be removed.

Roel I think you are mistaken. He mentions nothing about Level only difficulty.

I'm not even concerned with the details, but

spock Level 11 Normal
spock Level 11 Normal
spock Level 11 Normal
spock Level 11 Easy
spock Level 11 Easy
(...)
spock Level 11 Easy
(...)
spock Level 11 Easy

and the like already makes things more crowded than they need to be.

just a stupid question:

for the online scoreboard, i always get an error

so is the 16 characters score with or without spaces ? i mean:

AAAABBBBCCCCDDDD

*or*

AAAA BBBB CCCC DDDD ?

thanks

EDIT: found

first step:
(if you don't want any error)

-log to your account on the forum

second step, when you're sure to be logged, go on the scoreboard entry (in " games > RRRR > online scoreboard

final step:
enter the code WITH spaces every 4 characters like this:
RRRR 4444 EEVV EERR

done!

Hmmm, that's odd. Neither logging in nor spaces should be mandatory. Can anyone else confirm this?

I enter my codes just fine *without* logging in, nor spaces. I also don't bother using capital letters.

I did have a little trouble with D's and O's looking similar, but I had seen that topic here on the boards, so I knew to swap and retry.

So how exactly does the online scoreboard time work? I just finished Grand Prix (on normal difficulty) and thought I was doing much better than I had ever before only to see that my time was 3 or so minutes slower than a previous time (on easy). Does it count against you if you finish a race, don't qualify, and retry? It seems like I've just restarted mid-race before and it hasn't counted against me. Am I just crazy?

You're not crazy. If you manually abort a race, that time is not added to the total time. In other words, it's better to abort and retry a race than to lose one.

Dang! I was rocking that cup but really wanted to get first place on race 10 (I hadn't been able to thus far) and threw the races until I did! I totally would have had a new personal best  . Guess I'll just have to go at it again  . Thanks Roel!

hi there!

i´ve got my R4 DX last week and now i enjoy playing

Some questions to the scoreboard:

1. Is there a search function? I just want to see the times i entered. How can i do this?
2. I entered the forum after entering times to the scoreboard. Now these entries are not linked to my forum account. Will they be after some time?
3. How can i show more then 10 entries in the scoreboard?

Thats all for the first time

Keep up the good work!

Hi!

1. There is no search function at this time, but that's an excellent suggestion!
2. No, but any entries that you create from now on will be linked to your account.
3. That is not possible at this time, but I intend to add such a feature very soon.

-edit-
You can now view all entries at once!

great!
so at least i can search using the browser search function.
this is helping much to get ones (or my own) best entries or whatever.

edit: a function to filter all times for one player (maybe in the forum user profile?) would be a nice feature too.
