Pak Unpacker?

Can you extract the content of paks so that you can edit them just like the Beats of Rage in the editer. I would like to edit Final Fight : Last Round pak. Not to release but to add a few characters to my game. Basically is there an Unpacker or something to that effect.

There is. It's called "paxplode" and I'm sure it can be downloaded from Lavalit.
