It should say, "Senile Team strives to create quality retro games".

Maybe not. Sometimes (especially in Europe) a group is referenced in the plural form. Like, you might see "The Army say they are ready." (Also, it seems these days the word "data" is being used more and more in the plural form: "The data are being entered.")

Actually, I think it's kind of scary how perfect Senile Team's English is... um, are...

Pizza Rage is right, but if the singular form is easier on the ears for some I'd be happy to change the text.

And thank you for the compliment Pizza Rage, but I'm sure we have a long way to go before attaining perfection.

Since the rest of the sentence continues with the plural "we", I changed it to "we at Senile Team..." Everybody satisfied?
