Fun to play or fun to pay?

I'm not too much into racing games of any kind myself, but I might buy it if it has a lot of racing tracks and cool music in the end (and at least 2 player gameplay).

I think the minimum for me in this case would be somewhat about 15... 20 would be better (I wouldn't say each one needs its own tileset, i just want a lot of variation in the driving itself. Like the home version of Sega Rally 2 had only the 4 or 5 tilesets from the arcade, but different routes for each one).

Then again Sega Rally 1 had only three (four) tracks and I've been playing this more than all other racing games together  - well, except Mario Kart 64 / DD
