I dont want to say that you have to make your games look like Farcry only because it shall run on the nextgen consoles. It just would be absolutely nice, if these games could be ported to the new consoles

But I think this wont be too easy, otherwise someone else would have been done this

I may be missing something, but why are people still talking about "nextgen" consoles? It's been the current generation for years now, hasn't it?

Anyway, I'm not sure about Xbox360 and PS3, but porting our stuff to te Wii should be fairly easy. Even though it's the weakest of the three, I estimate it should still be powerful enough to run Rush Rush Rally Racing at 60 fps even without hardware acceleration. Its novelty controllers would be pretty useless for this game, though.

Hard to tell, since the PS2 is still alive. And of course there's the Wii now, which seems to have thrown away the concept of a "console generation" altogether.

It seems to me that things you can buy in every store are the current generation, regardless of their success compared to their predecessors. For example, new Megadrive games are still being made today, but that doesn't mean the Saturn can still be called "next-gen".

I reckon that term will disappear eventually, just like displaying consoles as XXX-Bit did. They got to 128 and then everyone stopped doing it.

By the way, you're an unknown word, derb.
